This venue is an ideal spot for corporate functions and team building events for events of 8 to 200. Used extensively by corporations for team building activities, the venue has two spaces available for rent; the 3,040 sq. ft. Alte Archter Room, and the River Side Glass Pavilion. The Alte Archter Room is fully equipped with a brand new state of the art sound system, professional mixer, wireless microphone, projector and drop down screen for presentations and music.
The Gould Barn is available for weddings, parties and meetings except for the months of July and August when the facility is closed. The barn is insulated, heated with a capacity of 99. It has wheelchair accessibile restrooms and a small kitchen is available.
Dating back to 1898 and restored in 2010, the Nahant Life Saving Station is the ideal location for any indoor/outdoor event. Boasting a prime beach-front location and historic charm, the Station will create an unforgettable memory with a quintessential New England view as your backdrop. The Nahant Life Saving Station can accommodate up to 100 quests. There may be up to 60 people seated at tables inside the station. For more than 60 guests, a tent must be rented and set up on the grounds.
The John "Bear" Currier Pavilion located at the Salisbury Beach State Reservation where the Merrimac River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Covered pavilion seats 130 guests. Horseshoe pits. Alcohol permitted with police detail.
This historic park is the site of Gloucester’s first settlers in 1623 who set up fishing stages on this land upon arrival. Stage Fort Park is home to Half Moon and Cressy’s beaches, with access to a sand volleyball court, a beautiful new playground, a baseball field, a basketball court, and tennis courts. Weddings, large group activities, and corporate outings need to make a reservation and obtain a permit before permission is granted. Wedding permits are available for $250 per permit, group outings for $75 per permit, and corporate outings or other similar activities for $250 per permit.
